The technical plan of the building may contain information necessary for the state cadastral registration of all premises and (or) parking spaces in the building. The technical plan of the building necessarily contains plans for all floors of the building, and if they do not have a number of storeys, plans for the building. The technical plan of a building (apartment building) must also contain information obtained, including from the results of cadastral work, necessary for the implementation of state cadastral registration of all premises located in such a building (apartment building) (including constituting common property in such an apartment building, as well as premises for auxiliary use), including information about the location in the building and the area of such premises, as well as parking spaces. Formation of the technical plan in the form of an electronic XML-document and in the form of a text report is performed in the «Technical plan» dialog. The initial initialization of the dialog content and the establishment of the type of real estate object is performed by information from the digital cadastral map, taking into account the selected mode of formation.

The composition of the pages and elements on them may differ slightly for different types of real estate.
To automate the processing of cadastral and land management data, the preset settings for the codes of objects and attributes of the digital classifier of the survey map of the actual version are used. Digital classifier survey of the actual version, containing the necessary composition of objects and attributes of the cadastral map, is included in the delivery of the program.
