Graphical part

In the graphical part of the technical plan for a building, structure, or unfinished construction project, information from the extract of the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) about the land plot is reproduced, along with floor plans of the building or structure that are part of the project documentation. Additionally, the location of such a building, structure, or unfinished construction project on the land plot, as specified in the "Initial data" section, is indicated.

Other documents (including cartographic materials) that allow for determining the location of the relevant building, structure, unfinished construction project, or unified real estate complex within the boundaries of the land plot can also be used in preparing the graphical part of the technical plan.

The graphical part of the technical plan for a premises or parking space is based on floor plans that are part of the project documentation, the redevelopment project, and the graphical part of the technical passport of the building (or structure), as indicated in the "Initial data" section.

A cadastral map is used to prepare the graphical part. If necessary, vector information is supplemented with scanned images of floor plans. If the floor plans that are part of the project documentation do not contain all the necessary designations for preparing the Floor Plan(s), Part of Floor Plan(s), Building Plan, Structure Plan, or Part of Building/Structure Plan, the cadastral engineer will add the required designations to the floor plans. The information is displayed using a library of conditional signs from the current version of the digital survey classifier. This library includes all special conditional signs specified in the Appendix to the Requirements for Preparing Technical Plans and the information contained within them.

Once the map image is prepared with the required content, fragments of the cadastral map image are saved as graphic files. The modes "Save Image for Graphical Part of Boundary Plan" and "Save Selected Fragments of Map Image" are designed for this purpose.

On the "Graphical Part" page, the composition of images used for automatically filling out the form of the real estate technical plan is specified.

To configure the composition of graphic files, buttons "Add Image", "Remove Image", and "Insert Image" are provided. Insertion occurs above the current line in the list. When adding or inserting files, multiple selection operations can be used. To do this, use the Shift and Ctrl keys in combination with the mouse in the file name selection dialog. Hold down the appropriate key and select the necessary files with the mouse.

The composition of scanned copies of documents attached to the technical plan is indicated in the "Attachments" group. A special dialog titled "Documents" is used to enter information about attachments. In this dialog, you must enter the document title, list of attached files, and specify their type according to the directory for each file.
