Formation parameters

On the "Parameters" page, information is provided that the program uses for the automatic filling of the text report and electronic XML document.

On the "Report" tab, the following is specified:

— Options for searching and processing data on the cadastral map;

— Type of office suite;

— Type of formula displayed in the report;

— Folder where report templates are located;

— Composition of sections included in the text report of the technical plan.

The parameter "for multi-contour buildings, use accounting numbers for contour parts" ensures the insertion of a line containing the semantic value of ACCOUNTING NUMBER OF PART (PART_NUMB) between the details of the coordinate description of external contours. Otherwise, each external contour will be separated by a blank line.

The parameter "insert information about performed measurements and calculations for contours of multi-contour buildings into the report" ensures the insertion of additional lines in the "Information about performed measurements and calculations" section for each external contour of the multi-contour building. Otherwise, only lines with information about the main contour of the building will be inserted.

The parameter "insert information about the method of determining the coordinates of parts of the land plot into the report" ensures the insertion of additional lines in the "Initial data" section with information about the method of determining the coordinates of parts of the land plot. Otherwise, only lines with information about the method of determining the coordinates of land plots will be inserted.

After the general information, content, and composition of graphic files have been set, click the "Execute" button. This initializes the technical plan form and fills it with necessary information. The result is provided in the form of a Microsoft Word or OpenOffice.org Writer file.

When generating the text report, the program uses automation commands from one of the office suites: Microsoft Word or Open Office Writer. By default, it uses the template folder specified in the "Parameters for forming cadastral documents" dialog. The standard delivery includes templates necessary for forming the technical plan. The list of section titles and their corresponding document templates is described in the dot.ini file, section [TECHPLAN]. One line corresponds to one section of the technical plan.

WARNING: Do not delete files from the Geodesy.dot folder. The list of templates, including their components, is provided in the readme.txt file in the Geodesy.dot folder.

You can change the composition of sections in the technical plan at any time; only those sections specified on the "Contents" page will be inserted into the report.

To generate an XML file on the "XML" page, you need to specify: "File location and name", "Type of information", "GUID", "Location of XSD schema". All parameters are set by default by the program. They can be changed if necessary.

After generating the XML file, it is automatically checked for compliance with the XSD schema. The program performs only format control. Information about errors or their absence is provided in the corresponding element of the dialog. For proper operation, the current XSD schema must be placed in the Geodesy.XSD folder.

During the formation of the text report or electronic XML document, the program logs executed operations. Text messages are displayed on the "Log" page. After completion, a diagnostic message is issued.
