On the Initial Data page, the elements necessary for filling out the Initial Data section are presented.

 

In the Documents tab, information required for filling out the attribute 1. List of documents used in the preparation of the technical plan is provided. The list of documents displays the code, name, and details of each document. There are elements for adding, deleting, inserting, and editing document information. When adding a new document, it is appended to the end of the list. When inserting, the new document is added in the position immediately following the selected document in the list. The selected document is also used for editing and deleting. Input and editing of document details are performed in a special dialog that ensures structured data entry about the document according to the XML schema.

 

In the Geodetic Basis tab, information necessary for filling out the attribute 2. Information about the geodetic basis used in the preparation of the technical plan is specified.

 

The list of geodetic points is displayed with their names, types, classes, coordinates, and condition status. Elements are provided for adding and deleting geodetic points from the list. Values for the geodetic point are entered in the fields of the list.

 

It is possible to use information about geodetic points from the coordinate catalog. To insert, a new row must be added to describe the geodetic point, enter its name, and click the Insert Coordinates... button. The program will open the coordinate catalog file specified in the settings, search for the geodetic point by its name, and insert the available information from the coordinate catalog into the fields of the list.

 

Information about the coordinate system and data for filling in requisite 3. Information about measuring instruments is specified in the Measurements tab.

The name, identifier, and zone number of the coordinate system will be used when filling in sections of the text report and XML document elements.

 

The list of measuring instruments displays the name of the device, information about type approval, validity period, and details of the device's calibration certificate. Elements are provided for adding and deleting measuring instruments from the list. Values for measuring instruments are entered in the fields of the list.

 

To fill out the attribute 4. Information about the real estate object(s) from which the real estate object was formed, information specified in the corresponding dialog element is used.

 

To fill out the attribute 5.1. Information about premises located in a building or structure, information specified in the corresponding dialog element is used.

 

To fill out the attribute 5.2. Information about parking spaces located in a building or structure, information specified in the corresponding dialog element is used.

 

To fill out the attribute 6. Information about real estate objects that are part of a unified real estate complex, information specified in the corresponding dialog element is used.
