General information

On the General Information tab, there are elements necessary for filling out the General Information about Cadastral Works section. On the Type of Cadastral Works tab, you need to specify information for filling in requisite 1. Technical plan prepared as a result of cadastral works in connection with: by selecting one of the options:

• creation of ______________ (specify type of real estate: building, structure, construction in progress, premises, parking space, unified real estate complex) located at: _________ (specify address or location of the real estate object);
• creation of _____________ (specify type of real estate: building, structure, premises, unified real estate complex) located at: _______ (specify address or location of the corresponding real estate object) and formation of part(s) of _________ (specify type of real estate: building, structure, premises, unified real estate complex);
• creation of ________ (specify type of real estate: building, structure) located at: _____________ (specify address or location of real estate object) and _______ (specify number) premises therein, including _______ (specify number) residential and _______ (specify number) non-residential premises and/or ___________ (specify number of parking spaces);
• formation of _______________ (specify number) real estate object(s) located at: ________ (specify address or location of real estate object(s)) as a result of _______ (specify method of formation) of real estate object(s) with cadastral number(s): _________;
• formation of _________ (specify type of real estate: building, structure, premises, unified real estate complex) located at: _________ (specify address or location of building, structure, premises, unified real estate complex) and formation of part(s) of building, structure, premises, unified real estate complex;

Depending on the selected option, additional elements are activated for entering corresponding values (address, cadastral number, number of objects, etc.).

On the Customer tab, you need to specify information for filling in requisite 2. Information about the cadastral works customer.

Since there may be multiple customers for cadastral works, there is an element for maintaining a list of customers. Adding and removing customers to the list is done using the corresponding buttons. To enter or edit customer information, you need to select them from the list and enter the necessary data in the elements located below the list.

According to the XML schema, customer information is entered based on the tax resident type:

— individual;

— legal entity;

— government authority;

— foreign legal entity.

The Document and Address buttons are designed to call special dialogs that enable entering structured data about the customer's document and address in accordance with the XML schema.

On the Cadastral Engineer tab, you need to specify information for filling in requisite 3. Information about the cadastral engineer.

Information about the cadastral engineer is organized in accordance with the requirements of the XML schema and technical plan form.
