Technical construction plan

The technical plan of the construction is prepared in accordance with the general requirements for the preparation of the technical plan.

The technical plan of the construction may contain information necessary for the state cadastral registration of all premises and (or) parking spaces in the construction. The technical plan of the construction necessarily contains plans for all floors of the construction, and if they do not have a number of storeys, plans of the construction.

Formation of the technical plan in the form of an electronic XML-document and in the form of a text report is performed in the «Technical plan» dialog. The initial initialization of the dialog content and the setting the type of real estate object is performed by information from the digital cadastral map, taking into account the selected mode of formation.

Elements for entering and editing data in the «Technical plan» dialog are arranged into groups, in accordance with the sections and details of the technical plan, and arranged according to screen pages (tabs):

• General information;
• Initial data;
• Description of the object;
• Parts of object;
• Premises;
• Grafical part;
• Parameters.

Composition of the pages and elements on them may differ slightly for different types of real estate objects.

To automate the processing of cadastral and land management data, the preset settings for the codes of objects and attributes of the digital classifier of the survey map of the actual version are used.

Digital classifier survey of the actual version, containing the necessary composition of objects and attributes of the cadastral map, is included in the delivery of the program.
