Technical plan parking lots

The technical plan of the parking lot is prepared in accordance with the general requirements for the preparation of the technical plan.

The technical plan is drawn up in relation to a parking lot, which is an individually defined part of a building or structure intended exclusively for the placement of a vehicle, which is not limited or partially limited by a building or an other limiting frame.

The technical plan of a parking lot does not include the sections «Information on the measurements and calculations performed» (except as specified by the Requirements), «Characteristics of premises, parking spaces in a building, structure», «Scheme of geodetic constructions» (except for cases established by the Requirements), «Scheme».

Formation of the technical plan in the form of an electronic XML-document and in the form of a text report is performed in the «Technical plan» dialog. The initial initialization of the dialog content and the setting the type of real estate object is performed by information from the digital cadastral map, taking into account the selected mode of formation.

Elements for entering and editing data in the «Technical plan» dialog are arranged into groups, in accordance with the sections and details of the technical plan, and arranged according to screen pages (tabs):

• General information;
• Initial data;
• Description of the object;
• Parts of object;
• Premises;
• Grafical part;
• Parameters.

Composition of the pages and elements on them may differ slightly for different types of real estate objects.

To automate the processing of cadastral and land management data, the preset settings for the codes of objects and attributes of the digital classifier of the survey map of the actual version are used.

Digital classifier survey of the actual version, containing the necessary composition of objects and attributes of the cadastral map, is included in the delivery of the program.
