The technical plan of the premises is prepared in accordance with the general requirements for the preparation of the technical plan. The technical plan of the premises is drawn up in relation to the premises (including a combination of several adjacent isolated and (or) separate premises, which, among other things, may be located on several adjacent floors of a building or a structure one above the other and have access to each other without the use of other premises in such a building or structure), while such premises must be isolated and (or) separated from other premises in the building or structure in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and be able to subsequently be an independent subject of civil turnover. The technical plan of the premises does not include the sections «Information about the measurements and calculations taken», «Description of the location of a real estate object», «Characteristics of premises, parking spaces in the building, structure», «Scheme of geodetic constructions», «Scheme», «Drawing». Formation of the technical plan in the form of an electronic XML-document and in the form of a text report is performed in the «Technical plan» dialog. The initial initialization of the dialog content and the setting the type of real estate object is performed by information from the digital cadastral map, taking into account the selected mode of formation. Elements for entering and editing data in the «Technical plan» dialog are arranged into groups, in accordance with the sections and details of the technical plan, and arranged according to screen pages (tabs):
Composition of the pages and elements on them may differ slightly for different types of real estate objects.
To automate the processing of cadastral and land management data, the preset settings for the codes of objects and attributes of the digital classifier of the survey map of the actual version are used. Digital classifier survey of the actual version, containing the necessary composition of objects and attributes of the cadastral map, is included in the delivery of the program. |
