The technical plan of a single real estate complex, prepared in connection with the completion of the construction of real estate objects, if, in accordance with the project documentation, the operation of such objects as a single real estate complex is provided, includes the sections «Initial data», «Information about the measurements and calculations taken», «Description of the location of a real estate object» are included, «Characteristics of the property», «Characteristics of premises, parking lots in the building, structure», «Information on (part of) parts of the property», «The conclusion of the cadastral engineer (if necessary)», «Scheme of geodetic constructions», «Scheme», «Drawing», «Floor plan (floors), Plan of part of the floor (floors), Plan of the building, structures, Plan of the part of the building, structures», «Appendix» (if necessary), containing information regarding each member a single real estate complex of a real estate object. The technical plan of a single real estate complex must contain information about all the buildings and (or) structures included in such a complex in the form of blocks of sections of the technical plan of a single real estate complex. The number of blocks of sections of the technical plan of a single real estate complex must correspond to the number of buildings and (or) structures included in its composition. The name of each section in the block of sections of the technical plan of a single real estate complex must contain information about the serial number and type of real estate object in accordance with the requisite «6» of the «Initial data» section, which contains information about a single real estate complex, the type of such a real estate object (for example, «Initial data (N 1 building)»). Blocks of sections of the technical plan of a single real estate complex are included in the technical plan of a single real estate complex sequentially in accordance with the serial numbers of such real estate objects in the requisite «6» of the section «Initial data», containing information about a single real estate complex. The technical plan of the construction in progress does not include the section «Information on the part (parts) of the real estate object». Formation of the technical plan in the form of an electronic XML-document and in the form of a text report is performed in the «Technical plan» dialog. The initial initialization of the dialog content and the setting the type of real estate object is performed by information from the digital cadastral map, taking into account the selected mode of formation. Elements for entering and editing data in the «Technical plan» dialog are arranged into groups, in accordance with the sections and details of the technical plan, and arranged according to screen pages (tabs):
Composition of the pages and elements on them may differ slightly for different types of real estate objects. To automate the processing of cadastral and land management data, the preset settings for the codes of objects and attributes of the digital classifier of the survey map of the actual version are used. Digital classifier survey of the actual version, containing the necessary composition of objects and attributes of the cadastral map, is included in the delivery of the program.
