Editing attributes of a cadastral object |
In accordance with the Federal Law "On State Registration of Real Estate" dated July 13, 2015, No. 218-FL, the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USR) is a collection of reliable systematized semantic information, spatial data, graphic, and text files.
The USR includes: — register of real estate objects; — register of property rights; — boundary register; — registry cases; — cadastral maps.
To prepare the information included in the USRRE, there is a mode called Editing the attributes of a cadastral work object. This mode allows for entering and editing attribute data into the semantics of a cadastral object considering its type. To activate the mode, select the corresponding on-screen button and double-click on the map object.
Viewing and editing of data is carried out in the dialog Semantics of the object of cadastral works. The entered attributive information is saved into semantics of the objects of the cadastral map. The classifier of the cadastral map should describe the objects necessary for the functioning of modes and tasks and their semantic characteristics. The classifier survey.v6.rsc, included into the standard distribution of the program, includes all the necessary objects and semantics.
