Basic information

The composition of attributes displayed in the dialogue depends on the type of cadastral object. In accordance with the object type, the program reads the values of semantics and displays them in the dialogue elements on the Basic Information tab.

Crucial information for any cadastral object includes its identification data:

- cadastral number;

- registration number;

- designation.

Cadastral or registration numbers are provided for objects registered in the State Real Estate Cadastre. Designation is specified for new objects subject to cadastral registration. For example, for a land plot with information in the State Real Estate Cadastre, you need to fill in the Cadastral Number field, and for a newly formed land plot, you need to fill in the Designation field.

The values entered on the Basic Information tab are stored in the semantic fields of the cadastral object. Input and editing of semantics are performed considering their type (text, number, date, time, directory, document).

For semantics with a directory type, input and editing of information are done by selecting from a list of permissible values.

For the document type semantics, the input and editing of information is carried out in the Document dialog.

The input (editing) results are saved in an XML file of a defined structure and, along with the attached document image, are archived into a ZIP file. A link to the ZIP file is stored in the semantics.

The system allows for the input of multiple values for a single attribute and groups of related attributes.

The program maintains a list of cadastral object classes. For each class of objects, a set of attributes (semantics) of cadastral objects is established, corresponding to the requirements of Federal Law No. 218-FZ and the XML schemas used for creating electronic documents generated for the registration or clarification of information in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN).
