Main problems when connecting a geoportal

If the data projection parameters are set incorrectly, then this data will not be combined when displayed with the geoportal. To solve the problem, you need to correctly customize the map passport or projection parameters of a matrix or a raster.

If the geoportal is not displayed:

- try to scale the image using the zoom in or zoom out buttons;

- move to the data «List of data - Go to»;

- check the current coordinates in degrees, whether they correspond to the displayed territory, if not, then the passport of the map is customized incorrectly;

- check your Internet connection;

- configure a proxy server (if traffic goes through it);

- add the program to the firewall exclusion list (if it exists);

- if the Google geoportal is connected, but data is not displayed for part of the territory, then you need to update the version of the images in the settings file. Path_to_installed_program/wmslist_ru.xml (layer <Layer Name="Satellite" UnicId="GoogleSat">, substituting the current version of the images instead of the version parameter value).
