Section Information on parts of land plots

Print Previous page Top page Next page

To fill out the section "Information on parts of land plot", a search is conducted for objects of parts located within the boundaries of the land plot. If a new part is found, the field 1 "Information about characteristic points of the boundaries of the newly created part of the land plot" is filled out. If a clarified part is found, the field 2 "Information about characteristic points of the boundaries of the clarified part of the land plot" is filled out.

When completing this section in the report, the markers indicated in the table are used.

Comment

#KADNUM#

Cadastral number of the land plot.

The value is stored in the KADNUM semantics. It is edited in the "Edit Semantics" dialog on the "General Information" tab.

#MARKING#

Designation of the part.

Values are stored in the MARKING semantics of the part. It is edited in the "Edit Semantics" dialog on the "Parts" tab.

#REFERENCE#

Coordinate system.

Values are stored in the REFERENCE semantics of the part. It is edited in the "Edit Semantics" dialog for the part on the "Contours" tab.

#REFERENCE_ZONE#

Number of the coordinate zone.

Values are stored in the REFERENCE_ZONE semantics of the part. It is edited in the "Edit Semantics" dialog for the part on the "Contours" tab.

#R9_1#

Information about characteristic points of the boundaries of the newly created part of the land plot.

Values are stored in the metrics and semantics of parts and characteristic points of boundaries: METHOD, FORMULA, DESKPOINT.

#R6_1#

Information about characteristic points of the boundaries of the clarified part of the land plot.

Values are stored in the metrics and semantics of plots and characteristic points of boundaries: METHOD, FORMULA, DESKPOINT.

General information about parts of the land plot.

Values are stored in the semantics of parts: PART_NUMB, AREADOC, FORMULA_S, DESCRIPT, or CHARACTER.

When filling in the information about the coordinate system (markers #REFERENCE# and #REFERENCE_ZONE#), the following algorithm is used:

— Values are requested from the corresponding semantics of the part; if available, they are inserted into the report.

— If the semantic values are not available, the information specified in the settings of the Parameters formation of cadastral documents module is used.

To fill in item 1 "Information about the characteristic points of the boundaries of the formed part of the land plot" (marker #R9_1#), information about the formed part and its characteristic points is used. For filling in column 1, the designation of the characteristic boundary points from the NAME_9 semantics of the point object—characteristic boundary point located at the metric point of the formed part—is used. The coordinates X and Y from the metric of the part are used to fill in columns 2 and 3.

To fill in the method of determining coordinates (column 4), the formula applied for calculating the SCF points (column 5), and the description of point fixing (column 6), a variable selection algorithm is used:

— If a characteristic point is found and it has semantics METHOD, FORMULA, and DESKPOINT, then the values from those semantics are used;

— Otherwise, values for semantics METHOD, FORMULA, and DESKPOINT are requested from the part;

— If those are also not available, values specified in the settings of the Cadastral Documents module are requested.

When filling in item 2 "Information about the characteristic points of the boundaries of the clarified part of the land plot," information about the clarified and original contours of the clarified part is used. For each clarified contour, values for semantics KADNUM, PART_NUMB, and PART_NUMB1 are requested. A search is performed on the map for the original contour that has matching values for semantics KADNUM, PART_NUMB, and PART_NUMB1.

For filling in column 1, the designation of characteristic boundary points from the NAME_9 semantics of the point object—characteristic boundary point located at the metric point of the clarified part—is used. For filling in columns 2 and 3, information about coordinates X and Y from the metric of the original part is used—these coordinates are contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. For filling in columns 4 and 5, information about coordinates X and Y from the metric of the clarified part is used—these coordinates are determined as a result of cadastral work.

For filling in column 7 "Method of determining coordinates," column 8 "Formula applied for calculating SCF points," and column 9 "Description of point fixing," a variable selection algorithm is used:

— If a characteristic point is found and it has semantics METHOD, FORMULA, and DESKPOINT, then values from those semantics are used;

— Otherwise, values for semantics METHOD, FORMULA, and DESKPOINT are requested from the clarified part;

— If those are also not available, values specified in the settings of the Cadastral Documents module are requested.
