Section Information on clarified land plots

Print Previous page Top page Next page

Information for filling out the section on the specified land plots is stored in the semantics of the cadastral object. The "Editing attributes of a cadastral object" dialog is used for input and editing.

When filling out the section in the report, markers specified in the table are used.

When filling out information about the coordinate system (markers #REFERENCE# and #REFERENCE_ZONE#), the following algorithm is applied:

1. Values are requested from the corresponding semantics of the cadastral object; if available, they are inserted into the report.

2. If the semantics values are not available, information specified in the settings of the Parameters formation of cadastral documents module is used.

#KADNUM#

Cadastral number of the land plot.

The value is stored in the KADNUM semantics. It is edited in the "Edit Semantics" dialog on the "General Information" tab.

#REFERENCE#

Coordinate system.

Values are stored in the REFERENCE semantics. They are edited in the "Edit Semantics" dialog on the "Contours" tab.

#REFERENCE_ZONE#

Number of the coordinate zone.

Values are stored in the REFERENCE_ZONE semantics. They are edited in the "Edit Semantics" dialog on the "Contours" tab.

Props 1.

Information about characteristic points of the boundary of the land plot being clarified with the cadastral number.

Values are stored in the metrics and semantics of plots and characteristic points of boundaries: METHOD, FORMULA, DESKPOINT.

Props 2.

Information about parts of the boundaries of the land plot being clarified with the cadastral number.

Values are calculated based on the metrics of plots and taken from the BORDER semantics.

When filling out attribute 1, Information about the characteristic points of the boundaries of the land plot being clarified, data about the clarified and original contours of the plot are used. For each clarified contour, values for the KADNUM and PART_NUMB semantics are requested. A search is performed on the map for the original contour that has the same values for the KADNUM and PART_NUMB semantics.

Coordinates X and Y from the metrics of the original object are used to fill in the columns "contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate" (columns 2 and 3). Coordinates X and Y from the metrics of the clarified object are used to fill in the columns "determined as a result of cadastral works" (columns 4 and 5).

To fill in column 1, the designation of characteristic points of boundaries from the NAME_9 semantics of the point object is used — the characteristic point of the boundary located at the metric point of the clarified object.

For filling in the method of determining coordinates (column 6), the formula applied for calculating the reference points (column 7), and the description of point fixation (column 8), a variable selection algorithm is used:

1. If a characteristic point is found and it has METHOD, FORMULA, and DESKPOINT semantics, then the values from the point semantics are used.

2. If not, values for METHOD, FORMULA, and DESKPOINT semantics are requested from the plot.

3. If those are also absent, values specified in the settings of the Cadastral Documents module are requested.

When filling out attribute 2, Information about parts of the boundaries of the land plot being clarified, data from clarified objects are used. For each segment of metrics, the following is requested:

— horizontal projection — calculated based on the metrics of the plot;

— description of how the part of the boundary passes from the BORDER semantics.

When filling out the table Information about the characteristics of the land plot being clarified, markers specified in the table are used.

#AREA#

Area of the land plot.

Calculated based on the map.

#PAREA#

Magnitude of the error in determining (calculating) the area.

Calculated using the formula for the maximum allowable error in determining the area of the land plot. Edited in the Parameters for Generating Cadastral Documents dialog.

#FORMULA_S#

Formula for calculating the area.

The value is stored in the FORMULA_S semantics.

#AREADOC#

Area of the land plot according to the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre.

The value is stored in the AREADOC semantics. Edited in the Edit Semantics dialog on the Contours tab.

#DAREA#

Assessment of the discrepancy between P and Pcad.

The difference between the calculated area from the map and the area from the documents in the AREADOC semantics. Calculated automatically.

#AREAMIN#

Minimum allowable size of the land plot.

The value is stored in the AREAMIN semantics. Edited in the Edit Semantics dialog on the General Information tab.

#AREAMAX#

Maximum allowable size of the land plot.

The value is stored in the AREAMAX semantics. Edited in the Edit Semantics dialog on the General Information tab.

#BUILDS#

Cadastral or other state number of the real estate object located on the land plot.

The value is stored in the BUILDS semantics. Edited in the Edit Semantics dialog on the General Information tab.

#OVERLOAD#

Other information.

The value is stored in the OVERLOAD semantics. Edited in the Edit Semantics dialog on the General Information tab.
