This schema is intended for the formation of an electronic document (hereinafter referred to as the Document) containing information about boundaries, zones, and territories, for inclusion in the State Register of Real Estate (EGRN). The Document generated according to this schema is an attachment to the request and accompanying documents submitted to the registration authority in accordance with inter-agency information interaction and should not be submitted separately. The request sent to the registration authority as part of inter-agency information interaction must comply with the schema Interdep_v0х.xsd (where v0х – the number of the current version of the schema). All details of the submitted documents (the information contained therein) necessary for entering data into the Unified State Register of Real Estate are specified in the request schema.
The name of the XML file for the Document must have the following format: interact_entry_boundaries_*.xml, where: interact_entry_boundaries — a prefix indicating the file containing the Document's information; * — a unique set of characters corresponding to the GUID specified in the XML file (interact_entry_boundaries/@guid).
The XML file of the Document must be certified with a qualified electronic signature. The name of the signature file must be in the format: <name of the signed file>.sig. File name extensions can be specified in either lowercase or uppercase letters. The root element interact_entry_boundaries contains one main information element information_registry_boundary "Information about the boundary, zone, territory, for inclusion in the EGRN boundary register". The content of this node includes one of the basic elements listed in the table below.

In one XML document, information about one Object is contained. The selection of the filled basic element is performed automatically, taking into account the type of map object specified in the table. All information for filling the XML document is taken from the metrics and semantics of the map objects. |
