XML document according to the schema interact_map_plan_v01

This scheme is intended for the formation of an electronic document — a map (plan) of the land management object (hereinafter referred to as the Document), which is sent to the registration authority in accordance with interagency information interaction, containing information about the establishment or change of boundaries (part(s) of the boundary, in case a description of the boundary location is provided as part(s)) between subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal entities. The Document, formed according to this scheme, is an attachment to the application and the accompanying documents sent to the registration authority in accordance with interagency information interaction and should not be sent separately.

The Document consists of a set of files packed into a ZIP archive (hereinafter referred to as the Package). One Document corresponds to one Package.

The name of the Package must have the following format: interact_map_plan_*.zip, where:

— interact_map_plan is a prefix indicating the file with the information of the Document;

— * is a unique set of characters corresponding to the GUID specified in the XML file (map_plan/@guid).

The Package must always include an XML file containing semantic information about the Document, as well as one or more PDF files containing the graphical part of the map (plan), and an Application document (if necessary).

The XML file of the Document and the files of the graphical section of the map (plan) must be located in the root directory of the Package.

The name of the XML file of the Document must have the following format: interact_map_plan_*.xml, where:

— interact_map_plan is a prefix indicating the file with the information of the Document;

— * is a unique set of characters corresponding to the GUID specified in the XML file (map_plan/@guid).

Each XML and PDF file must be certified with a qualified electronic signature. The electronic signature file must be placed in the same directory as the signed file.

The name of the electronic signature file must be in the format: <name of the signed file>.sig. The file name extensions may be indicated in either lowercase or uppercase letters.

The root element map_plan, in addition to the main information element information_registry_boundary "Information about the boundary, zone, territory for inclusion in the register of boundaries of the Unified State Register of Real Estate" contains nodes specified in the table.
