List of cadastral engineers

Designed to display a list of cadastral engineers stored in the Database, and has the following appearance:

It can be used to select a cadastral engineer, add new cadastral engineers to the Database, edit existing cadastral engineers, and delete cadastral engineers from the Database.

To perform these actions, the form includes several buttons:

Exit closes the form. No cadastral engineer selection occurs in this case.

Help brings up help information about working with the form.

Select allows you to choose a cadastral engineer from the list and closes the form.

Add adds a new cadastral engineer from the list and closes the form.

Edit modifies the selected cadastral engineer in the list and opens the same form as when adding a new one, but all fields are filled with data from the current cadastral engineer.

Delete removes the selected cadastral engineer from the Database. When deleting a cadastral engineer who has been involved in contracts, an information message will appear requesting confirmation for deletion.
