Create object from an XML–file of the cadastre

The task is designed to download data from the real estate cadastre.

The program processes the real estate cadastre XML-files that meet the requirements:

— structure version — 1.0,

— encoding — UTF-8,

— scheme version — 26.

During the execution of the mode, the following objects can be created on the map:

— cadastral quarter (areal object) with a set of semantic characteristics;

— border of the cadastral quarter (edges, linear objects) with a set of semantic characteristics;

— land plot (areal object) with a set of semantic characteristics;

— land plot border (edges, linear objects) with a set of semantic characteristics;

— parts of the land plot (areal object) with a set of semantic characteristics;

— border of parts of a land plot (an edge, linear objects) with a set of semantic characteristics;

— rotary points with a set of semantic characteristics.

To automate the processing of cadastral and land management data, the preset settings for the codes of objects and attributes of the digital classifier of the survey map of the actual version are used.

Digital classifier survey of the actual version, containing the necessary composition of objects and attributes of the cadastral map, is included in the delivery of the program.
