Preparation of plans and designs

Group of modes Preparation of plans and designs is intended for preparation and print of the report Land-plan, according to the Federal law from July, 24th, 2007 №221-FZ «About the state cadastre of the realty» and requirements for its filling.  

The land-plan represents the document in which are reproduced certain data, placed in the state cadastre of the realty, and data about created ground area or the ground areas, or about a part or parts of the ground area, or new data on the ground area or the ground areas, necessary for placing into the state cadastre of the realty, are specified.  

Following modes are stipulated:

Automatic filling of semantics of the selected objects

Carrying over of semantics to the selected objects

To create a set: a site and its external contours

Partition of the set: the site and its external contours

To generate the scheme on semantics of object

To generate the scheme of object and open it in current window

Change of indexing of points of the object  

To sign rotary points of object

Appearance of section by borders lines

To sign area and name of object

Creation of titles of coordinates of rotary points of object

Creation of titles of geodetic coordinates of rotary points of object

Creation of title of object length

To keep the image of the allocated fragments of a map

To save image for a graphic part of the land-plan
