Creation of title of object length

As a result of an execution of operation there is a creation of the title of length of the object specified on a map. After pressing the corresponding button, it is necessary for user to specify linear or polygon object which length needs to be signed on a map. Creation of titles occurs according to the code of the title specified in option parameters on Editor page.

Accommodation of the text of the title is made by a following method. The program defines the nearest site of the metrics of the specified object, and forms the metrics of the title corresponding to coordinates of the given piece. The direction of the text is defined «from the east onto the west» and the text of the title is leveled by the center of the metrics.
