Maintaining the list of monitoring's entities is performed on the Entities tab. When adding a new entity, you must specify: the short and full name of the entity, its type. Additionally, you can specify a digital map classifier, on the basis of which a map of measurement points of entity indicators will be generated and the external view of a symbol for displaying the location of the measurement point on the diagram.

If additional settings are not specified, the program will use the default settings.

The register of indicators is maintained on the Measurement Indicators tab.

Measurements of monitoring indicators can be carried out one-time, in the form of field survey rounds, or regularly, based on stationary observation points.

In the second case, monitoring indicators are recorded continuously by equipment operating in automatic mode. To monitor the performance of the equipment, its status is visually displayed on the map. For each entity, the program creates a separate map - a diagram of the location of observation points (measurement points of a group of indicators).

Each monitoring entity is characterized by a group of indicators. The Measurement Indicators tab is intended for maintaining the list of monitoring indicators with binding to monitoring entities.

When adding a new indicator, you must indicate:

— short and full name;

— the entity to which the indicator belongs;

— unit of measurement;

— dimension;

— type of indicator and type of graph.

The type of indicator determines the methods for processing and visualizing information. Regular observations can be visualized in the form of line graphs and time series of data can be generated for them: matrices and maps.

The register of measurements of monitoring indicators is maintained on the Measurements tab. Monitoring indicator measurements are linked to the measurement point. Unlimited number of indicator values can be recorded at each measurement point. The number of indicators measured at the observation point is set in accordance with the monitoring entities.

5_3_EcoTableEdit

The number of indicator values is unlimited, but only one indicator value can be registered at one moment of time. Duplicate values of indicators tied to one point in time are ignored.

The register of observation points is maintained on the Observation Points tab.

Mandatory attributes of an observation point are the name of the point and its coordinates (latitude/longitude).

For entities related to monitoring soil pollution, indicate the mechanical composition of the soil at the observation point. The remaining attributes are for reference only.

Observation points are added only for entities of monitoring. It is assumed that the entire group of indicators characterizing the essence of monitoring is measured at the observation point.

The register of background values is maintained on the Background value, MPC, ODC tab. Processing of monitoring indicators in order to determine the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants is carried out taking into account the distribution environment. For soil pollutants, the correction factor is selected based on the soil type from the appropriate reference book.

Reference books are maintained on the Reference Books tab.

The processing of monitoring indicators in order to determine the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants is carried out taking into account the distribution environment. For soil pollutants, the correction factor is selected based on the soil type from the corresponding reference book.
