Import data from DXF format

It is intended for loading files of DXF format into internal format of the GIS Panorama system.

The following types of ACAD system objects are loaded: 3DFACE, ARC, CIRCLE, DIMENSION, HATCH, INSERT, LINE, LWPOLYLINE, MTEXT, POINT,  POLYLINE, SEQEND, SOLID, SPLINE, TEXT, TRACE, VERTEX.

For the converter to work, it is necessary to customize the parameters.
