At the first connection to a server in the program of the client it is necessary to enter the address of a server - a name of a host or the IP-address of a computer on which the GIS Server 2011 program is started. As a host name there can be a name of computer in a local network. Except for the address of a server the number of port for connection is specified.

By default number of port is equal 2047. To change number of port through which the GIS Server run, it is possible in the program of GIS Administrator 2011.
