Procedure for actions in case of an error in accessing geoportals

Geoportals connection error

This error occurs:

— when there is no connection with the server http://giscnt.gisserver.info:8081/paramsgeo.html, where the geoportals access parameters are stored;

— when there is access to sites (https://gisinfo.ru/ https://ya.ru/);

— when access to data was completed within 5 seconds, but there is no connection with the server http://giscnt.gisserver.info:8081/paramsgeo.html, where the geoportals access parameters are stored.

Procedure for correcting the problem:

1. Contact your system administrator, who should check your proxy server/firewall settings.

2. In the proxy server/firewall settings, add into the list of exceptions the program from which access to geoportals is performed, for example (panorama64.exe, mapsurvey64.exe).

3. Add access to the site http://giscnt.gisserver.info:8081/ into the list of exceptions

4. Add access via http/https protocol on port 8081 into the list of exceptions.
