Scheme of land boundaries

A mandatory application to the Report is a scheme of the boundaries of land plots, boundaries (parts of boundaries) of municipalities, settlements, territorial zones, forestries, in the description of the location of which a registry error was identified (hereinafter referred to as the Boundary scheme).

The Boundary scheme displays:

- cadastral numbers of land plots, buildings, structures, unfinished construction objects, registry numbers of objects in the boundaries registry, the location of boundaries of which is determined by the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FKP Rosreestr" (its branches);

- location of boundaries of land plots based on information about the coordinates of characteristic points of their boundaries contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, as well as parts of land plots;

- location of the boundaries of land plots, parts of land plots that are proposed for correcting a registry error;

- location on land plots of buildings, structures, objects of unfinished construction, contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate and established in order to correct a registry error;

- location of boundaries (parts of boundaries) of objects in the registry of boundaries, in the description of which a registry error has been identified, and established in order to correct the registry error.

Boundary scheme is drawn up on a scale that allows you to display the relative location of the boundaries of land plots, parts of land plots, the contours of buildings, structures, unfinished construction objects, boundaries (parts of boundaries) of objects of the register of boundaries and ensuring the quality (readability) of the image.

Conventional symbols necessary to create a boundary scheme are included into the survey.rsc classifier of the latest version.
