Markers

On the «General information» page, data is entered to fill in the following report markers:

-        report number - #DOC_NUMBER#

-        report date - #DD#, #MM#, #YYYY#

-        name of the territorial body of Rosreestr - #TER_ORGAN#

-        date of detection of the registry error(s) - #ERROR_DATE#

-        description of the registry error(s) with justification for classifying the relevant information as erroneous - #ERROR_DESCRIPT#

-        other information necessary to determine the coordinates of characteristic points of boundaries and (or) contours - #OTHER#

-        name of the federal state budgetary institution subordinate to the body for registration of rights - #ORGANIZATION#

-        last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the responsible person - #FIO#

-        position, department of the responsible person - #PATRON#.

On the «Initial data» page, you enter data intended for filling the following report markers: #REFERENCE#, #T1#, #T2#, #T3#.

The #REFERENCE# marker is filled with the name of the coordinate system.

Marker #T1# is filled with rows of the «About the geodetic base» table.

Marker #T2# is filled with rows of the «Information about cartographic materials» table.

Marker #T3# is filled with rows of the «Information about measuring instruments» table.

The «Plots» page displays in table form the semantic values of the corrected land plots, used to fill in the following report markers: #KADNUM#, #KADNUM_DOP#, #AREADOC#, #AREA#, #PAREA#, #DAREA#, #XY_ZU#, #DX_ZU#.

The #KADNUM# marker is filled in if the plot is indicated in the letter-errand. For such an object, the semantics «Correction sign» is either not filled in, or has the meaning «object for a letter-errand».

The marker #KADNUM_DOP# is filled in if the plot is not indicated in the letter-errand. For such an object, the semantics of «Correction sign» has the meaning «identified object».

Marker #AREADOC# - area value according to the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

Marker #AREA# - area calculated by the coordinates of the corrected object boundaries.

Marker #PAREA# - error (actual) in determining the area.

Marker #DAREA# - area value deviation (%).

Marker #XY_ZU# - rows in the table «Information about characteristic points of the boundaries of a land plot».

Marker #DX_ZU# - rows in the table «Information about parts of the boundaries of a land plot».

The contents of the tables «Information about characteristic points of the boundaries of a land plot» and «Information about parts of the boundaries of the land plot» are formed according to data from the map. To do this, the objects «Corrected land plot» (PLOT_CORRECT) and «Land plot according to EGRN» (PLOT_EGRN) are selected from the marked objects. The objects are compared by the semantics CADASTRAL NUMBER (KADNUM). A separate row is created for each plot in the table.

The «Parts of plots» page displays in the form of a table the values of semantics of corrected land plot parts used for filling in the following report markers:

-        cadastral number of the land plot - #KN_RESTRICT#;

-        number of part of the land plot - #PART_NUMB#;

-        area according to the Unified State Register of Real Estate - #AREADOC#;

-        area according to the results of determining the coordinates - #AREA#;

-        coordinate table - #XY_PART#.

The «Buildings, structures» page displays in table form the semantic values of corrected capital construction objects, used to fill in the following report markers:

-        cadastral number - #KADNUM#;

-        coordinate table - #XY_OKS#.

The contents of the table are formed based on data from the map. For this purpose, the objects «Object of capital construction corrected» (OKS_CORRECT) and «Object of capital construction EGRN» (OKS_EGRN) are chosen as part of the selected objects. The objects are compared using the semantics CADASTRAL NUMBER (KADNUM). A separate row is created in the table for each object of capital construction.

The «Borders, zones» page displays in the form of a table the semantic values of the corrected borders of municipalities, settlements, territorial zones, forestries used for filling the following report markers:

-        zone type - #ZONE_T#;

-        object type - #OBJ_TYPE#;

-        own name #NAME_9#;

-        registry boundary number - #CULT_NUM#;

-        coordinate table - #XY_BORD#.

The contents of the table are formed based on data from the map. For this purpose, the objects «Boundaries of ATE, territories and forestries corrected» (BORDERS_CORRECT) and «Boundarie of ATE, territories and forestries of the EGRN» (BORDERS_EGRN) are chosen as part of the selected objects. Objects are compared using the semantics REGISTER BOUNDARY NUMBER (KADNUM). A separate row is created for each boundary in the table.

On the «Applications» page, graphic files containing the boundary schema are specified. To insert graphic files into a report, use the #PICTURE# marker.

The «Parameters» page specifies the configuration settings for creating the Report.
