Preparation of graphic files

The graphic part of the land management object map (plan) includes:

— a plan of the boundaries of the land management object.

The preparation of the boundary plan image involves creating the corresponding map, followed by saving the map image in a specified file format.

The boundary plan of the land management object is presented in a form combined with the cartographic base. The boundary plan is prepared at a scale that ensures the readability of the locations of characteristic points of the boundaries of the land management object.

Images of the boundary plan of the land management object are exported to PDF files in A4 format sheets or, if necessary, on larger format sheets. It is permissible to present the boundary plan of the land management object on a separate sheet for each part of the object's boundaries. In this case, an overview diagram of the boundaries of the land management object is included in the graphic part of the map (plan) of the land management object.

If it is not possible to display individual characteristic points of the boundaries at the scale of the boundary plan, their locations may be indicated using callouts, which can also be presented on separate sheets. Graphic files of the boundary plan should be placed in a folder with the Land Management Object Map. For ease of identification, it is recommended to add a designation or registry number of the boundaries to the file name.

To save the image of the boundary plan, it is recommended to use the mode To save the image for a graphic part of the land-plan.
