Adding new or editing existing appendix

The form for adding a new or editing an existing application looks as follows:

On the form, you must fill in the Application Name field. It is highlighted in yellow.

At the top of the form, there is a panel with buttons:

Exit closes the form. If changes were made in the input fields, they will not be saved.

Help brings up help information about working with the form.

Save saves all entered information and closes the form. If the Application Name field is not filled in, the button will be inactive.
