Print Previous page Top page Next page

The formation of the electronic XML document is carried out in accordance with the MP_v09_R04 schema. To create it, you need to click the on-screen button14.

The name of the XML file for the electronic document should have the following format:

GKUZU_*.xml, where:

GKUZU - prefix indicating the file containing document information;

* - a unique set of characters corresponding to the GUID specified in the XML file (MP/@GUID).

To send to the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN), it is necessary to prepare an electronic document consisting of a set of files packaged into a single ZIP archive (hereinafter referred to as the Package). One document corresponds to one Package. To create the Package, you need to click the on-screen buttonzip.

The name of the Package should have the following format:

GKUZU_*.zip, where

GKUZU – prefix indicating the file containing Document information;

* – a unique set of characters corresponding to the GUID specified in the XML file (MP/@GUID).

The Package always includes an XML file containing semantic information about the electronic document, as well as one or more files with extensions PDF, XML, ZIP (graphic sections, application documents). Application documents prepared on paper must be formatted as electronic images of paper documents in PDF format files. Application documents prepared as electronic documents must be formatted as XML files. Archives of application documents must be formatted as ZIP.

The XML file of the electronic document is located in the root directory of the Package.

Files for graphic sections of the land survey plan and application documents may be located in subdirectories: directory → ..directory → file (in this case, the path to these files is specified in the XML file relative to the location of the XML file). The names of directories and files must not contain spaces or special characters such as: +/ \\ * <>@ « ” `] [ { } $ # ~.

File name extensions can be indicated in either lowercase or uppercase letters.

The XML file of the electronic document, files for graphic sections of the land survey plan, and application documents must be signed with a qualified electronic signature. To create the electronic digital signature, you need to click the on-screen buttonic_0153.

The electronic signature file must be located in the same directory as the signed file.

The name of the electronic signature file has the format:

<name of the signed file>.sig

If the application document is prepared as a document archive (ZIP file), the electronic signature file must be placed inside this document archive. The archive itself (ZIP file) is not certified.

The root element of the electronic XML document for land survey plans is MP.

A description of the root element for land survey plans is provided in the table.
