Arrangement plot on the cadastral plan

The layout of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory in the form of an electronic document is formed in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development No. 762 dated November 27, 2014. Scheme of arrangement of the land plot determines the projected location of the boundaries and the area of the land plot or land plots that are supposed to be formed and (or) changed.

The layout of the land plot is prepared on the basis of information from the State Property Committee on a certain territory (KPT - cadastral plan of territories).

The mode is designed to form an electronic XML–document «Arrangement of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory».

On the «General information» page, you must enter information about the approval of the land plot scheme on the cadastral plan of the territory, information about the coordinate system referenced by spatial objects, and indicate the attached PDF files.

PDF file with the image of the text report the «Arrangement of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory» in accordance with the requirements of the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated November 27, 2014 n 762 «On approval of requirements for the preparation of the layout of a land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory and for the format of the layout of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory when preparing the layout of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory in the form of an electronic document, the form of the layout of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory, the preparation of which is carried out in the form of a document on paper" can be obtained using the «Formation of the layout of land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory» mode.

The «Land plots» page displays a list of land plots and information about the current land plot specified in the list. The user is given the opportunity to view and analyze information about land plots included in the electronic XML document.

The «XML» page specifies a unique global GUID, the name and location of the generated XML file, information about the location of the XML schema of the generated electronic document, and the folder that contains the archiver required to create the ZIP package.

To automate the processing of cadastral and land management data, the preset settings for the codes of objects and attributes of the digital classifier of the survey map of the actual version are used.

Digital classifier survey of the actual version, containing the necessary composition of objects and attributes of the cadastral map, is included in the delivery of the program.
