Removing matching contours

This mode is intended for removing fragments of linear objects, the metrics of which partially coincides with vector signs or labels, for example, highway and the labels «Road characteristic». As a result of processing, the fragments of external black contours of roads are removed in places of crossing with vector objects or labels.
