Select Semantics and Layers

Print Previous page Top page

The Select Semantics and Layers dialog allows you to specify a list of codes for the semantic characteristics of objects and a list of layer numbers in the vector map. The codes for the semantic characteristics of objects and the layer numbers in the vector map are saved in a file located in the application's ini file directory. The name of the saved ini file is generated based on the name of the map classifier, for example, \Panorama\200t05g.ini. The semantic characteristics of objects and layer numbers are requested from the map classifier.

The list of selected semantics and layer numbers can be used in the task of controlling the agreement of objects on adjacent sheets and in the task of stitching objects — to disable the verification of selected semantics and exclude objects from the control or stitching process.

Example content of the file 200t05g.ini:

[Adjust]

SemanticCode=15,62,262,

SemanticName=15 WIDTH BY SCALE, 62 TYPE OF VEGETATION, 262 SPECIES OF VEGETATION,

LayerCode=14,

LayerName=14 MATHEMATICAL BASIS,

[Adjust] — section name for the task of controlling the agreement of objects on adjacent sheets (summary);

SemanticCode — list of semantic codes for which verification is not performed during summarization;

SemanticName — names of semantics, used as comments;

LayerCode — list of layer numbers whose objects are not processed during summarization;

LayerName — names of layers, used as comments.
