H coordinates and object semantics conformity check

In the presence of the semantic values «Absolute Height» or «Relative Height» in an object, and the presence of the H coordinate (height) in the object's metric, a check is performed to verify the correspondence of the H coordinate values and the object's semantics. If any of the metric points do not contain a height value, or contain a value that differs from the one specified in the corresponding object's semantics, an error message is recorded in the log.

When conducting checks in «Editing» mode, objects containing errors are corrected. The height specified in the object's semantics is recorded in all points of the object's metric.
