Raster transforming by four points in streaming mode

The given application allows after preliminary measurement of each raster from several chosen to transform them by four points by a stream.

Transformation of rasters is carried out by rsw4strm.dll module which is called through Run application item of the Tools menu.

The program of transformation works in a mode of dialogue.
