Forming classifier in the form of Word document

The classifier of a map in a digital form is stored in RSC file. RSC file is located in one directory with a vector map, in the common directory of classifiers or in a directory of the application.

Formation of the classifier in the form of Word document allows to create automatically by the digital (electronic) classifier the text document which contains the description of classifier tables in a documents format of Microsoft Office.

For formation of the classifier information in the form of Word document it is necessary to choose in the Tools menu Run Application item. To choose Classifier processing group from the offered list of applications groups and further Print classifier to Word.  

To place the information of the classifier into set of tables it is necessary to execute following actions:                

- in Map name window to choose classifier from the list of classifiers of the open map or one of its user maps;

- to choose a name of a file for saving the classifier of the chosen map in the form of Word document by pressing the button of a choice «…» to the right of Table name window;

- to set the list of formed tables of the report document by switching on (switching off) the corresponding element: Layer table, Object table, Semantic table in Classifier table group;

- to choose layers and types, having pressed the Filter button. In the appeared dialogue to set the necessary layers and types. The specified filter extends only onto the table of objects of the classifier;

- to press the Execute button and form a file of tables for the chosen classifier.

After ending of the task the formed document opens automatically at presence of Microsoft Office in the list of the installed programs.
