User map of real position of control points on a raster

Им Map name is an association of a name of the source raster and a text constant ".rsw". This user map should be created with the classifier which has name RSTTRANS.RSC and in which there is a layer USER'S OBJECTS (ОБЪЕКТЫ ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЯ). In this layer the point object should be: CONTROL POINT with an external code 100000002 and semantic characteristic CONTROL POINT NUMBER with a code 65001.

If in the current directory there is a classifier with such name the map will be created with it, and if in it there is no necessary object with the necessary code such object will be added into the classifier.

If such classifier is not present, the new classifier in which there is an unique layer with unique object will be created.
