The program «Import from MAPINFO» is intended for formation of an electronic map in a format of the GIS «Map 2011» from exchange format MIF/MID.

Converter allows to import data into the user map which can be created automatically by the program or is created by the user in advance. Thus, source data can be both in geographical coordinates, and in rectangular. Import of the attributive information on objects is possible during converting.

«Import from MAPINFO» has the simple and convenient interface to configure parameters of import from exchange format MIF/MID.
