KLT converter

The given program is intended for loading files from ASCII KLT format of ATLAS system into the user map of Panorama system.

The operating procedure at loading the information from KLT format:

1. To start the program, in the appeared dialogue as starting input in «Source file» field to set KLT file. For viewing the contents of given file it is necessary to press View button.

2. To set a file name of the resources classifier - a name of RSC file.

3. To set in "Map" field a new name of the user map (by default a name of the user map is the same as well as at KLT file).

4. To choose a mode of processing: Create/Add.  

To create a new vector map in the format of GIS Panorama from data of KLT format or to add the information into an existing vector map in the format of GIS Panorama from data in KLT format accordingly.

5. To choose scale of a created vector map (by default the scale of a vector map is equal 1 : 10 000)

6. To choose system of coordinates (by default the system of coordinates looks like YXZ meters)

7. For displaying the objects of KLT file with application of the unique codes used in the classifier, it is necessary to specify a setup file (by default a name of a setup file is the same as well as at KLT file).

For displaying the objects of KLT file by system codes of Panorama it is necessary to set a tick in «System codes» property.

8. For displaying semantics of KLT file with application of semantics, used in the classifier, it is necessary to specify a file of semantics (by default a file name of semantics is the same as well as at KLT file).

9. To press Execute button to start the process of loading of the information from KLT file.

During loading, the information on total of objects, about successful and unsuccessfully created objects is given.

Upon completion of the download a vector map will open into which a loading of data from the KLT format was done.
