The given mode is intended for input of the attributive data into the DB (database) table, linkage (connection) of objects on a map with records in the table and formations of reports. Dialogue is divided onto two pages. One page is intended for display of the information on all records in the table of a DB («All records»), the second («Current record») for display of the information on one record of the table as a form. «Current record» page provides data input by the formalized form of data corresponding to a set of fields, formed by the program by default. User can create new tables by means of programs of the geodetic block (seeSet of fields by default ) and to open the existing tables created in other modes of system or other programs. In that case if the program will find out known to it the set of fields, it will display their value in corresponding elements of page «Current record». All fields which names are unknown to the program are located into group «Additional information». On «All records» page the fields are displayed so, how they are located in the table of a DB. One record of the table corresponds to the information for one object (plot). After input of the information it is necessary to set conformity of record in the table of a DB and the object which is being on a map. For this purpose it is necessary to press the button «To connect current record with object of a map» . At connection of record withuniform land tenure it is necessary to specify the main object of a set.
Dialogue is rolled up and to the user it is necessary to choose on a map object for connection. After a choice of object the dialogue will automatically restore the sizes. The program will execute recording of parameters of connection into service fields. If service fields are absent, connection will not be set also to the user the corresponding message will be given. Using group of buttons in the left part of dialogue, the user can: to set and to break off connection (linkage) of record of the table of a DB and object on a map, to carry out finding of object on a map by its record in the table and on the contrary. On «All records» page the connected records are displayed by yellow color. For the «Current record» page if for the current record the connection with a map is installed, in "measured area" field the value of the area really calculated by a map is displayed by yellow color. Simultaneously with this the program defines presence of a set of the objects corresponding touniform land tenure and displays quantity of parts of a plot. Forthe isolated plot quantity of parts is equal to one. When all data are entered and connection of record and object is set it is possible to execute formation of the report. For an execution of formation of the report it is necessary to press the button «To generate accounting documents» or «To generate the description of the ground area» . If connection object-record exists, dialogue of a mode is rolled up and «Formation of the scheme of object» dialogue will appear. In the given dialogue it is necessary to execute a number of setting and then to press "Accept" button. The program will automatically form the scheme of object and will place it on the screen. In the left top corner of the screen there will be a dialogue «Print of the document» . The user can execute any changes on the formed scheme (to move objects, to shift titles, to create additional titles, etc.). If data of the screen suit the user, it is necessary to press "Print" buttonin «Print of the document» dialogue. There is a formation of the report according to the executed settings. At filling an attributive part of the report the fields of the table of a DB are used. The detailed description see in Order of reports formation . After the termination of the report formation the window of dialogue does not restore the sizes, it is necessary for user independently to unwrap it, having pressed on"Restore" button on the rolled up image of a mode dialogue.
