Order of reports formation |
All reports are formed in the form of temporary tables with their subsequent automatic print by means Microsoft Word. Any report is printed on the basis of the pattern which was created and has been set up in advance. In a pattern the name of the report, the upper and lower page headers, parameters of page and many other things are specified. In detail order of creation and use of patterns is described in the documentation on Microsoft Office. Together with the program a number of patterns of accounting documents used at formation of land-management documents (seeList of patterns )is delivered. Formation of the report can be divided into two stages conditionally: - creation of the scheme of object; - filling a pattern of the document. Creation of the scheme of object consists in formation of a temporary map onto which that information which is necessary for the user is located only. The initial information for creation of the scheme is all vector information opened at present. The raster information for formation of the scheme is not used. The structure of objects and registration (ornament) of a temporary map is operated by specifying the necessary parameters in dialogue «Formation of the scheme of a plot» . After all parameters in dialogue are set, it is necessary to press "Accept" button. The scheme of object (a temporary map with tempgeo.sit name) is created and displayed on the screen. All other maps are not displayed. Simultaneously in the left top corner of the screen the dialogue «Print of the document» is located. The user can execute any editing of objects (moving, change of the metrics, etc.) and also delete superfluous or to create new objects. When all changes are made, it is necessary to press "Print" buttonfrom dialogue «Print of the document» . Formation of the document in MS Word is made. For the period of formation of the report the dialogue «Print of the document» remains on the screen as soon as creation of the document is finished the dialogue is closed. At formation of reports by means of Microsoft Office of 2000 and higher versions, it is not recommended to be switched between copies of windows Microsoft Office.
