Addition of data into references and classifiers

The data accumulated in a database, can have arbitrary entered values or be selected from references and classifiers. The special mode is intended for conducting references «References and classifiers».

For a choice of the edited reference it is necessary to unfold a corresponding category in a tree of references and to specify (choose by mouse click) the concrete reference. In structure of system  the following groups of references are stipulated:

- basic references;

- normative data about structure of soils (ground);

- normative-reference information about cultivated cultures;

- information about fertilizers, means of plant protection and chemical melioration;

- technological references of the enterprise (farm).

References from the first section are basic and should be filled in the first place. At the first starting the program the references of this section already contain the information. In structure of basic references the field CODE is stipulated. Use this field for an ensuring the link with other systems.

At work with regular crop rotations you can enter them into initial data in order to subsequently assign them for the relevant sections within the limits of planning cultivation of cultures. Thus, within the limits of planning cultivation of cultures at changing the crop year for sections a new (next by the order) culture is automatically assigned, which has been included into a crop rotation and so the new sowing plan is made.

Names of references indicate onto their functional use, for example: the reference of «Culture» contains the description of cultures cultivated in the farm, and the reference «Grades» contains the description of grades of the cultures which are grown in current year of a crop.

The reference «Factor of use by culture of nutritious elements of soils» contains necessary data for calculations related to the balance of nutrients. You can assign for each culture the own depletion of nutrients. This value shows the loss of nutrients arising as a result of cultivation of concrete culture, that is, "consumption" of nutrients by culture. This information and data from the reference «Normative costs of mineral fertilizers for production of 1 centner of production» are used for calculation of fertilizers doses.

Proceeding from depletion of nutrients by cultivated cultures, from a base depletion of individual nutrients, and also of supply of nutrients on the basis of the accounting the fertilizers, balance of nutrients for a concrete section is made.

For calculation of doses of fertilizers the information is used from references about of put fertilizers, of means of plants protection and means of chemical melioration of soils. The specified information is used at formation of the report -reference documentation at monitoring the fields, and also at planning and the accounting of machinery works.
