Check of the metrics

Check of the metrics contains the following types of the check:

- check of linear objects onto degeneracy;

- check of polygon objects onto degeneracy;

- check of dimensions of objects;

- check of closing the contours of polygon objects;

- check of closing the contours of linear objects;

- check of a digitizing direction of the polygon objects and their subobjects;

- check of exits on a sheet border;

- check of points duplications.
