Checking the passport of a map sheet

The checking the passport of a map sheet contains the following types of the check:

- checking the correspondence of coordinates to the sheet framework;

- checking the correspondence of geodetic and rectangular coordinates;

- checking the correspondence of sheet division to coordinates;

- checking a correctness of constants of projection.
