Processing of point objects with absolute elevation

Print Previous page Top page Next page

It is carried out after processing of sheet's isolines. The objects are processed the types of which are contained in the Dots dialog page. Types of point objects in the Dots page are arranged in decreasing order of their priority: GGS points, command heights, marks of elevations. When processing, the parameter Density (dots / sq.dm) is used, which determines the number of command heights and elevations marks to be removed. During processing, there is performed a removal of superfluous elevations marks of sheet, and also reforming of command heights to elevations marks. Reforming of point objects is provided by the elements of the dialog Special dots and Ordinary dots. The point objects set by the dialog element Special dots (command heights), will be reformed to the objects set by the dialog element Ordinary dots (elevations marks). During processing, there are carried out a search and saving of four command heights with the maximum absolute height in sheet's quarters. Thus, if the command height coincides with the GGS point, then it is also saved.

If you set the mode Downgrade of visibility limit, then instead of removal of superfluous elevations marks, the new upper visibility limit is set, which disables the display of superfluous elevations marks in destination scale.

Into coordinates of GGS points the random error is entered that is specified by parameter the Random error. Coordinates of GGS points are rounded in accordance with parameter the Rounding precision. At specifying of zero values of these parameters the coordinates of GGS points are not changed.

At processing of  elevation marks, there is carried out a check of belonging the marks to the objects banning their removal. Objects that ban the removal of elevation marks can be: a mark of peak (of a mountain, a hill, a ridge), an administrative boundary, a linear or an areal river, where the elevation is a Water line. The types of objects banning the removal of elevation marks are contained in the dialog page the Dots deletion ban. Belonging of elevation mark to the banning object is determined with use of parameter the Limit of topology link.
