Program EPSG Reader

Program EPSG Reader is intended for:

- viewing database EPSG;

- export of coordinate systems and units of the measurements compatible with Panorama.

To update a database it is necessary:

- download last version of database EPSG at the address http://www.epsg.org/EPSGDataset/DownloadDataset.aspx;

- open downloaded file by clicking the button "Open database EPSG".

To export the coordinate systems and units of measurements into the Panorama it is necessary:

- click the button "Database export";

- after the completion of processing in a folder of the open database there will be created the files epsg.csg, epsg.csp, epsg.csu;

- these files need to be copied into Panorama distribution kit.

These files are used by functions mapGetEPSGGeodeticSystem, mapGetEPSGProjectedSystem,

mapGetEPSGUnit (are described in mapapi.h).
