For print it is necessary to execute following actions:

- To switch on the printer.

- To start the output onto printing (Print button).

Upon termination of output there will be a message Transfer of the image into the queue onto a print is stopped (to press OK). Process of a direct output of the image onto a sheet can occupy from several seconds up to tens minutes, depending on volume of deduced data, speed of a computer, type of the printer and quality of a printing.

The print of a map is carried out according to the installed view contents. The type of a print is set by the user.

At a choice of a print type it is necessary to consider some features of the device of a print and appointment of the received image. Types of a print:

Normal - output of the image with change of intensity of a continuous solid of area objects, is intended for output onto color and grayscale raster output devices;

Transparent - output of the image without a continuous solid of area objects, is intended for output to any (including one-color and vector) output devices;

Outline - output of the image by outline lines, is intended for output to any output devices.

As area of a print all region or a site of district can be chosen. For a fragment choice it is necessary to press Select button, then to mark area on a map by choice of two points. Dialogue will be opened repeatedly (it is possible to choose printing area many times).

The program of a print supports any scale of a print. In Accord to page mode the scale of a print is calculated automatically and can not be changed. The page division is effected in correspondence to the page sizes, to the assigned orientation of page layout (portrait, landscape), and also to left and top fields.

The choice of the printer and the size of page, option of additional parameters of a print is carried out by pressing the Set up button.

Print border of area mode allows to print a contour of the set area of a print (black).

Map mode allows to display in a window of dialogue a fragment of the map intended for a print. Switching-off of a mode allows to save time for adjustment of parameters of a print (the shaded area corresponds to the set fragment). Pages are displayed by white with a blue contour. Borders of maps sheets are displayed only for orientation (usually black).

The possible reasons of occurrence of errors at a print:

- there is not enough space on a disk for formation of a file of a print queue. It is usually formed on that disk where WINDOWS is installed.

- transfer of the image to queue on a print is finished, but the print is not present or a print is made by codes of PostScript language - be convinced that the driver of the current printer corresponds to the printer connected to the computer by the interface cable.
