Size and scale

Print Previous page Top page Next page

Installation of the window sizes of three-dimensional displaying is used for obtaining BMP-files or AVI-files with the concrete size of a frame. For example, at formation of AVI-files the frame with width and height multiple of 16 (720x400, 1280x800, 1920x800) can be demanded. The current sizes of a frame are displayed in the Bottom panel. The sizes multiple of 16 are displayed in square brackets: [720] x [400].

Limit of scales values of increase and decrease of model are used for restriction of scaling the model.

Size of element elevation model specifies the accuracy of constructing three-dimensional model of a relief. By default or by means of the Calculate button the step of building the model is chosen that is calculated in accordance with the least size of the element of all data in the document window. If necessary the user can change the step manually by entering a value from 0.1m up to 1000m. The smaller the step of constructing the model, the more accurate the model of relief is built by the heights and larger the scale of texture displaying on the surface of relief. But increase in accuracy of model decreases the area of exact site of model which can be seen at at the current time, moving around all chosen area. This is due to resources constraints for 3D-display.
