Modes of creating an output map

As a result of program execution the user map is created. If in heading of file MIF it is specified that the data is stored in the form of geographical coordinates, in a map there will be installed a map type, a projection, an ellipsoid, system of heights.

If in MIF file the coordinate system is not specified or rectangular coordinates are used, then the map parameters are not set.

Further by means of system of the GIS Panorama 11 it is possible to transform the information to the necessary type of a map.

If in dialog of data import you choose the Create mode of forming the output map, before beginning the process of converting a map it will be offered to fill the passport of digital map by means of a window of dialog Create map.

If necessary to supplement the existing vector map by the information from files of MIF/MID format choose a mode of processing an output file Append, and as a output map to specify the existing vector map.
