Matrix of layers building order

Matrix legend file preparation. Filling all sections of the legend file in according to the available information. The semantic codes  should be filled pursuant to the classifier.

Preparation of the semantic information in classifier. Formation the indispensable semantic characteristics with the filled properties. Creation of the  vector map object containing the set of indispensable semantics. The classifier  should correspond to matrix legend.

The initial  information preparation. Check the data correctness (overall dimensions  of  region, error of scheduled position  coordinates and absolute height). An estimation of the necessity of  usage the matrix of heights. Check the conformity and dimension the powers of layers.

Matrix building. It is necessary to allow, that the sequence of layers and their quantity is determined by a legend, instead of the initial  information at matrix building. If the information is represented not correctly, the building  program will use the data pursuant to a legend. That is,  if there is more layers, than it is indicated in a legend, their number will be reduced, and if there is less layers, the powers of missing layers will be set  into zero.
