Vector  map

The vector map on which there is executed the matrix of layers building  should be prepared in a part of monitoring. The pickets with semantics describing power of layers should be placed  on the vector map. The powers of layers should be set in meters. The picket object codes are not important for construction the matrix of layers, the semantic information on powers of layers is significant only and it should correspond to a matrix legend. The building  will not be executed if the monitoring pickets are placed on the map but semantics is not set for them. The matrix building  will not be executed too if user will set  the  power of the layers which have not been indicated in the  legend file for monitoring pickets.
